Construction continues across Hudsonville Public Schools this March, with several projects making steady progress. As we work to enhance our facilities, improvements are taking shape, creating better spaces for learning and operations. Check out the latest update on the ongoing work throughout the district!
Storage Facility
Construction is underway on a new 60' x 70' storage and maintenance building! This new building, designed to house facilities equipment, is a crucial addition to our schools. The site preparation is progressing well, with the trees now cleared and the next step being the installation of underground utilities. We expect the building to be completed by the summer of 2025, and it will play a key role in ensuring that our schools remain well-maintained and equipped for years to come.
Ongoing Work
Other projects around Hudsonville Schools continue to move forward across the district! New controls are being installed district-wide to improve temperature comfort and the overall management of school buildings. At the Baldwin Campus, irrigation work is underway. The addition at Park Elementary is moving forward, adding much-needed space. Additionally, the Filter First project is replacing water filters throughout the district, continuing clean drinking water. These ongoing efforts highlight the district's commitment to improving its facilities for students, staff, and the community.
Thank you, Hudsonville Community, for your continued support in enhancing our district and it's facilities! Keep checking back for more updates to come.
